What we collect
When you sponsor bricks we collect the sponsor name you choose to display, an optional website address, and the amount you contribute. That's it — and the name and link are collected precisely because they are displayed publicly on the wall.
Payment data
Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never see, store, or transmit your card details. Stripe shares with us only a payment reference — and the email address you give at checkout — so we can lay your bricks and send you a one-off payment confirmation.
Emails
Everyone who sponsors receives a single transactional confirmation email when their bricks are laid. Build updates and news are sent only if you tick the opt-in box when sponsoring, and every update carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We never share your email address with anyone.
What we publish
Your sponsor name, your optional link, and your contribution amount appear publicly on the live wall, the leaderboard, and the permanent archive page for the house you helped fund. If you'd rather not be named, use "Anonymous" as your sponsor name.
Cookies
We use one strictly-necessary session cookie to protect the checkout form. We currently use no analytics or marketing cookies, and no consent banner is needed for strictly necessary cookies. If that changes, we'll ask for your consent first.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to correct or remove your displayed name at any time, and request a copy or deletion of the data we hold about you. Removing a name doesn't refund or remove the bricks — the sponsorship simply becomes anonymous.
Contact
Requests about your data can be made via the contact details published on this site.
